I just wanted to say that i'm loving your blog. I actually came across a classic of yours today: You do not need a special shoe for your type of footfall. As always, great stuff.
One more thing Marcao, I noticed that you mentioned Runners World How to run faster article. http://www.runnersworld.com/the-starting-line/run-faster I also loved that article.
In fact, it has inspired me to start writing an updated version called 3 ways to improve long distance running speed. In this article I am going to mention:
- A common fault in running technique that decreases speed,
- Why increasing your force production through strength training makes you faster.
- I also will include an interval training workout that can be used once a week.
As you liked the article on how to run faster I thought you may like my post. If it is OK with you I would like send the article over to you for your perusal when its complete?
